Manuel “Manny” Vasquez, Chief of Police, Ret., has authored this new TCOLE* Study Guide. Chief Vasquez is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Dallas Police Medal of Valor, and Dallas Police Shield Award for wounds in the line of duty.


He received his MBA from the University of Dallas, Criminal Justice Graduate course work from Texas A&M University, a B.S. Degree from Abilene Christian University at Dallas, and is a Graduate of the FBI National Academy.
